I saw my first post of the season about someone being offended because they, whoever "they" is, was removing Christ from Christmas. This debate has been going on since I was a child, which was a long time ago. Now that I am older I realize no matter what "they" do "they" cannot take Christ out of my heart or home or my Christmas. And when they try to take Christ out of Christmas it is Christ they are offending not me. If you are offended then I ask you to gut check your theology and read how we are to respond. Be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in you in meekness. 1 Peter 3:15 (paraphrased). So if you are known as being an offended Christian rather than hopeful are you really advancing the cause of Christ?

Here is my version of the tools that should be on the bench for new woodworkers. This is not all the tools in the shop but the ones that live on each bench in the shop. The other tools can be shared. What do you think? Did I miss any essential tools?
